At Light Denim Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your return request. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: To start the return or exchange process, email us at support@lightdenim.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Approval: Once your return request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: The time it takes for your refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping fees will not be refunded.
- We do not offer prepaid return labels. Customers must arrange and pay for the return shipping at their own expense.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@lightdenim.com. We will arrange for a replacement or provide you with a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
