1. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping to:

  • United States: Nationwide shipping to all states and territories.
  • Canada: We deliver to all provinces and territories.
  • Mexico: We cover all states and major cities.

2. Shipping Partners

Our primary logistics partner is UPS, ensuring reliable and timely delivery. However, we may use other shipping partners as needed, depending on availability, location, and cost efficiency. These partners may include FedEx, DHL, or local courier services.


3. Order Processing Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Business Days: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Shipping Times and Costs

United States

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after the order is processed.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after the order is processed. (Additional charges apply.)

Canada and Mexico

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days after the order is processed.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery options and times vary by region. (Additional charges apply.)

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing for international orders, weather conditions, or high demand periods.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination, weight of the order, and selected shipping method.

International Shipping (Canada and Mexico)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply when the package arrives in the destination country.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to check the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@lightdenim.com or call us at 202-695-3664. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues.

Note: Light Denim Fitness is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier service interruptions.


8. Changes to Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@lightdenim.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once your order has been processed or shipped.


9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photographs of the damaged item(s) to support@lightdenim.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
